Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. One weeks notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Deposits can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. If a second rebook is attempted, the deposit will be void and a new deposit will be required. In the event of a cancelled appointment without a rebooked date, the deposit will expire one year after it was received. Not showing up for your appointment, or showing up half an hour late with no communication will also result in the loss of the deposit. Showing up hung over will result in a cancellation and a loss of the deposit. You can not transfer your deposit to someone else. The deposit is reserved for the agreed design and placement. If you decide to change the design idea and/or placement after booking, this could result in a cancelled appointment and your deposit will be void.
