Custom Tattoo Booking Request Form

Hello, and thank you for thinking of me for your tattoo.

Before you fill anything out, here is a little about how I work so you know what to expect and can feel sure we're the right fit for each other.

How I work

I focus on medium and larger custom pieces and cover ups. I take on fewer clients on purpose so I can give each piece and each person my full attention. My sessions are unhurried and collaborative. My hope is that you leave feeling looked after and in love with something you will wear for the rest of your life.

Pricing

I book by the day rather than by the hour, so there is never a clock running while you sit and you'll always know the rate before we begin.

• Full day - $1,500 up to six hours, stencil and tattoo time included. This is how most custom work is booked

• Half day - $1,000 up to three and a half hours, for smaller pieces

• Minimum - $250 for the occasional very small piece, an hour or under

• GST is not included and will be applied to the total.

  
  

Larger work is booked across as many days as it needs, and I'll give you an estimate of how many sessions we will need once I've seen your idea. Because skin takes ink at different paces per person, that estimate is a range rather than a promise. I will keep you updated the whole way, so nothing is ever a surprise.

Booking and deposit

To hold your tattoo appointment I ask for a $250 deposit when we choose dates at our consultation, which comes off your last session's total. Once you send me this form, you will hear back from us and if we're a good fit, you'll be offered some dates for an in person or Zoom consultation. A side note

I won't be the right artist for every idea. I'm probably not your artist if you are looking for realism, American traditional or geometric tattoos. I'd rather tell you now so you don't have to wait to hear back.
